Everything was simply great. Perfectly clean, good value hotel, the location was marvellous and lovely really close to an ancient pub that serves food, harbour, cafes, shops, national trust walks and centre of town. Had perfectly clean room in which breakfast was eaten for a really good stay. The employees were welcoming and affable. I really enjoyed that the food for breakfast was nice.

The location of the hotel was superb as we travelled by bus using the Exmoor Coaster from Watcher harbour to Lynmouth and then to Barnstaple and Ilfracombe returning on the Sunshine bus and Exmoor Coaster. The Grand Harbour Hotel was ideal for our purposes.
Not one thing was negative about our stay at the hotel. 👍
